We mourn the loss of Joe Arvay, a kind and humble gentleman. Joe’s skill as a constitutional lawyer and his passion for human rights, made a sustainable, positive difference in the lives of Canadians. We are forever grateful to Joe for leading the team of lawyers at the Supreme Court of Canada on behalf of the Canadian Coalition for Genetic Fairness, to uphold the Genetic Non-Discrimination Act.
