Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Huntington Society of Canada will be held on:
Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. (EDT), virtually via Zoom. In order to attend this year’s AGM, you will need to register, in advance, at:

The AGM is a public meeting. However, in order to vote you must be a member in good standing (having paid membership for the current year). Members in good standing who are unable to attend in person – but who wish to delegate their vote – are requested to sign, date and return the proxy form to the Huntington Society of Canada. Proxies must be received at the Society’s office no later than Friday September 2, 2022, or presented to the Secretary prior to the first vote at the meeting.
