Complaints
The Huntington Society of Canada (HSC) is committed to meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients, donors, partners and volunteers. We strive to provide the highest standard of service and engagement in all that we do. However, we recognize that at times we have fall short of these expectations. When this occurs we welcome the opportunity to address concerns promptly, learn from the experience, and take steps to prevent similar issues in the future. We encourage you to share your feedback or submit a complaint so we can work to resolve the matter. HSC treats all complaints and concerns seriously, respectfully, and confidentially. We view them as a valuable part of our continuous improvement process and as a chance to strengthen our relationships with the people and communities we serve.
