1) Ontario Persons Living with HD Wellness Support Group
Facilitated by: Rozi Andrejas (MSW, RSW) and Brooke Hurley (BA, MSW, RSW)
Delivery: Virtual
Who Is This For: Persons with HD interested in participating virtually in a “Short Vids Club” aimed at topics to inspire and improve mental health and wellness. A new vid will be viewed each month followed by group discussion. Pre-screen interview required for all interested. Ontario residents only.

10) Hamilton/Halton Youth Support Group - ON HOLD

Delivery: In-Person – location to be announced
Who Is This For: This closed, 8-session group is for youth and young adults in the HD community between the ages of 19 and 29 who would like to work on building confidence, strengthening their resilience, and discovering practical tools and resources to support their well-being. The group also provides an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences.
