1) BC HD Community Art Therapy Support Group - FULL

Delivery: Virtual
Who Is This For: This group is open to anyone impacted by Huntington disease, including at-risk individuals, those who are gene-positive, diagnosed individuals, and caregivers. Participants will explore and strengthen skills related to adapting to change, building self-confidence, navigating identity beyond the disease or caregiving role, connecting with themselves and others, accepting support, coping with stress, regulating emotions, and fostering community connection through art. Supplies will be mailed out in September prior to the group start date.
