Throughout the summer, these emerging researchers have been working alongside leading Huntington disease (HD) scientists at universities across Canada, contributing to innovative projects that advance our understanding of HD and potential therapeutic approaches.

Join Prof. Rachel Harding from the University of Toronto as she shares insights from her latest work on understanding the HTT protein. The Harding research team is focused on understanding the HTT protein to investigate what it’s normal role is and how this is perturbed in HD. Towards this goal, they develop chemical tools to better study the HTT protein, including macrocycles, ligands and proximity pharmacology reagents.
