Join the morning yoga at 7:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, or take part in a wellness workshop such as therapeutic recreation, yoga or hypnosis therapy to learn how wellness can impact you!

Celebrate with us on Saturday night as we enjoy a east-coast dinner, spend time together and celebrate our latest award recipients.
9. YPAHD
On Thursday, youth will experience a day specifically designed for them! Watch for YPAHD throughout Conference – they represent the largest youth delegation to date and will be making waves for years to come.

No list is complete without the mention of lobster! There will be lots of time to appreciate delicious maritime food, and on Friday night, try the local delicacy at the traditional kitchen party!
